I spend a lot of my time just being an ear to listen to a mother who needs to speak out. I often find that once someone opens up they feel a relief after telling someone. Sometimes I can help, I can offer my own honest advice, other times I can offer solutions in the resources available online to more professional resources.
Its a great feeling to know I make a difference, no matter how big or small.
I wanted to share with you a message I received this morning.
Emma,
I just wanted to say a massive thank you for supporting me over these last few days. I couldn’t have got through it without your support. The little pep talk when I was down the other night really lifted me up, especially when you said you believed in me, nobody has ever said that to me before, so to hear it from someone that iv never met really did make me believe in myself.
Your an amazing one in a million lady.
Thank you so much for just being there, thank you for not judging me, and just thank you, thank you for everything.
