I am in bits. I cant get on with my life and this is driving me insane. My ex raped me and when he didn’t rape me, he would force me to give him oral sex and when I would not do this, he would push my head so far I would gag, but he didn’t care.
Anyway I never reported it, but he has received a few cautions because of beating me and I was on the child protection register when was with him.
But recently I have not been able to think of anything else.
How do I get over this or cope with it?
Everyone tells me to go to the police (who know anyway), but it happened over 2 years ago surely they cant do anything … Please I really need some help

1st of all you poor girl, second of all go to the police! No matter how long ago it was it happened and he should be punished for it the vile creature! Look at all this with jimmy savile that was 20-30 years ago and people are speaking out now! Please go to the police he could do it to someone else!
