Pizza Dough Recipe
This is a quick, cheap and easyPizza dough recipe. Knowing you made that pizza from scratch makes it taste so much better. Plus I am sure the kids will love decorating there own little ones.
What you will need:
- 250g of strong white bread flour, plus extra for sprinkling

- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 7g sachet easy blend dried yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, Plus extra to coat
- 125ml warm water
Makes 1 large pizza base,
How to make it:
Put the flour, salt and yeast into a bowl and mix. Make a well in the centre. Add the oil and water to the well and gradually work in the flour to make the soft dough. Sprinkle over a little flour if the mixture feels too sticky, but make sure it’s not too dry either (the dough should be pliable and smooth)
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Knead for about 10 minutes, sprinkling with a little more flour when needed, until the dough is smooth and stretchy.
Rub some oil over the surface of the dough and return the dough to the bowl. Cover with a tea towel and leave for about 1 hour, until the dough doubles in size.
Remove the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 2 minutes, until the excess air is out. Roll out the dough according to the size and thickness you want it.
Now put sauce and what ever toppings you want, bake and enjoy.

my son loves making his own pizza, although i normally just buy the ready made bases x
we love to pimp are own pizzas in are house lol

We love to make our own pizzas, love making faces on them and all sorts, its a great way of sneaking good things into the kids without them realising.x

we just made this tonight only we made mini pizzas, just gonn aput em in the oven now…the kids are so excited cos they helped to make them
