Little Angels Dry & Sensitive Bath Range Review

Little Angels Dry and Sensitive Shampoo 300x300 Little Angels Dry & Sensitive Bath Range Review

I have to say that I am a huge fan of Asda’s Little Angel range from the nappies right down to their baby shampoo. While I was of the perception that cheaper meant less quality I could not have been further from the truth.

I had always used the Johnsons brand and was never happy, I have 2 children with quite nasty dry skin and this range seemed to aggregate it more. They would often be left with rather red and sore looking dry patches after bath time and it was my health visitor who advised that I change my bath time products.

I happened to be shopping for my groceries in Asda and when in the baby aisle I came across The Little Angels bath time range. While I noticed the price was cheaper I decided there was no harm in giving them a try.

I have to say since then I have never bought any other. The kids skins no longer dry out and they seem much more kinder to their skin. I love their nice clean smell and I am one happy mummy.

I was more than happy to be sent a sample of the new dry and sensitive range and received the shampoo and bath and body wash to test and yes I love them both.

This is all I use for Ronan, he suffers from Psoriasis so I have to be extra careful what I buy for him. No matter where I go shopping I always go to asda for these xx

    • Emma White says:

See I have never used it before always bought more expensive ones thinking a higher price meant better quality but now im sticking with these

I love asda little angels range its fab, and saves pennies. sannex is another one that is also cheap, dermatologically tested, pediatrician approved and hypo allergenic. I had to buy that this time as the adsa by me had no little angels top to toe wash in stock and I need to bath Ronan only paid £2 for a big bottle that is a top to toe wash and bubble bath. Will let you know how good it is in a week or so x

  2. Like yourself, we always used johnsons on our twin boys from the beginning. And like yourself we were once shopping in asda and came across Asda’s own range. Having twins, money of course has and always will be a bit of a problem! We decided to buy some. After just a week of use our boys skin came up in such fierce rashes, we immediately stopped using the product. However, a year on and their skin has never quite recovered. Of course a year on, who’s to say asda did all the damage? Well of course I’m pretty sure it can’t all be because Of the bath stuff, but we are 100% that it did cause the original rash. We never purchased anymore and never would. Nowadays our boys have to have specially formulated bath wash. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. But to try and be fair to all other products too, not all of those are great for some babies either. Our health visitor once said that around 8 out of 10 babies are actually allergic to johnsons products. Even though its the most ppopular product we buy. I don’t know how true that is. But goes to show every Product has its negatives!

Oh no poor boys, I am glad they have recovered from it. Sounds like they may have had a reaction to it. My little boy, myself and my sister cant use certain Johnsons products as we come out in rashes after using it. Like you said every products has its negatives x
