I was rather interested to read about a South African doctor who has very cleverly developed a new female condom that she hopes will combat rape in the most painful way possible.
Painful indeed as this new female device that is inserted has jagged hooks that latch onto a man’s penis during penetration.
Anti-Rape Rape-axe Device
Dr. Sonnet Ehlers is distributing 30,000 of these condoms in South Africa during this year’s World Cup.
“It hurts,” Ehlers told CNN. “He cannot pee and walk when it’s on. If he tries to remove it, it will clasp even tighter.”
I don’t know about you but I think this is something that should be available around the world.
Why should women be the target of such a despicable crime? Who the hell gives a man the right to rape? If it tears his shaft apart then to me that’s the first of the lesson learned, raped is painful.
Rape affects women much more than just physically, the mental torture and emotional effects last a life time. I think this device sends out a very clear message, that rape is never acceptable and we as women are starting to fight back.
Ehlers shockingly explained how women had taken extreme measures such as placing razor blades in their nether regions to prevent rape in South Africa.
Rape-axe is inserted like a tampon and when embedded to a man the device can only be removed by a doctor. Which is fantastic as he is caught red handed for what he is, a monster. What excuse can he give? Oh she wanted it but then ouch she clasped her jagged hooks on me?

I think this is a bloody brilliant device!! Should definately be available world wide and free of charge too – help keep women safe from monsters once and for all. Let women feel safer when on a night out – but not an excuse to get so drunk you put yourself in harms way. Shame something like this ever needed inventing in the first place though x

I think this is a bloody brilliant idea! They try that with a woman then I agree a having that tearing his shaft is the least I’d want to happen to him! I think they should be available world wide, look at the amount of posts we have on the blog about this sort of stuff. And for those women who have been through this an for that person not to be taken to court or actually serve time for what he did what more evidence do they need?!
This is superb! It should most definitely be available around the world and like you said they are caught red handed so they cant get away with it! It also causes them pain which is great as that is what they have been doing to woman over the years so they can finally experience some of the pain causes by there actions! xx
If it protects women then good, its just sad we still live in a world where these devices are needed….
whilst i do understand the need for it and think its a brilliant invention i do wonder about how exactly this would work. would you pop one in any time you leave your home? all the time if you live in a bad area or are a very nervous person? and rape is disgusting yes, no doubt about it but what about woman who want to hurt men? there are woman who have got an ex-partner excited only to do something horrible to his penis. imagine as a man doing nothing wrong but having upset a woman and then having your penis ripped and being called a rapist?
Brilliant idea!! I’d love one. But then on the other side, there are some spiteful women out there who want to get revenge on ex’s cheating boyfriends who could use this as a way to hurt their exs/boyfriends or frame them for rape

Now India (with population of 121 crores) is under a tremendous furore for rape of a 23-year girl in a running bus at 9.45 pm on 16th December 2012 by six persons and drastically injuring her with iron rod. She is now struggling for life in a hospital in New Delhi, the capital city. Had this instrument invented by Dr. Sonnet Ehlers with her……tearing the penile shaft of the first offender and horrifyng others,things would have gone excellent. I WELCOME THE ‘RAPE AXE’ PROFUSELY TO BE INTRODUCED IN INDIA and around the world to protect girls and women from this heinous act.
Being raped this would have made things so much easier, however my partner was accused of rape by his ex…she even sent a text message saying I told bob (fake name) you raped me so he would get back with me….women out there who does these horrid things please remember this…
