The children & I were very kindly sent a game to review. Play is such an important factor for a child of any age, it is through play that children learn. It is also a time for you to spend quality time with your children in a fun educational way.
Fruit Frenzy by Orchard Toys was the game we were to play and review.
Fruit Frenzy is a fruity card card that’s not only fun and easy to play, it has many addition benefits too.
- It improves observational skills
- It makes the children communicate helping develop social skills
- It promotes healthy eating – the fruit cards look delicious enough to eat
This game also links with early learning goals and with National Curriculum Science and PSHE Key Stage 1.
The game is recommended for children over 4 years but Kia who is 3 soon got the hang of the game and was soon joining in too.
The name of the game is to collect 5 matching fruit cards, but there is a very annoying spinner that often lands on “ Fruit Frenzy” then its everyone for themselves.
This game allows up to 4 players.

If you are wondering what gifts to buy for Christmas I can highly recommend this one. The children loved it, I too enjoyed playing along. It brought laughter, frustration and lots of chatting. We have played this every night this week and it has become a favorite.
Priced at £7.95 I find it a great present for both girls and boys at a great price.

my son will be 2 n half at xmas.. ad i have no idea what to get him…. may look into preschool games like this… ok so he wont be able to play the game, but he can learn the pictures and match up etc…
Honestly hun go to http://www.orchardtoys.com they have amazing educational games for all ages. I love games like this as they are great for learning and the kids really do interact well with them x

I love the ochard games my lol has two already shopping trip n greedy gorilla which she loves n we always have to play and I’ve already decided to get her some more for Xmas! Definetely recommended x
