Review: mums mall your one-stop shop for kids & baby products

I desperately need to purchase a new double pushchair, I am not sure how much longer ours is going to last. The main problem is finding one I like or more to the point at a price I like. With so many online stores out there,  just where is the best place to buy?

I came across mum’s mall on Twitter, your one-stop shop for kids and baby products so decided to take a look. The first thing that caught my eye was that they had a section for the triple pushchairs, with a 1, 2 & 3 year old I have always been tempted to purchase one, but never been given a chance to see them all on one page from a variety of stockists before, I was rather impressed.

The most popular pages are:

My personal, honest review of mums mall website:

The mum’s Mall is quite an impressive site. It lists pretty much anything and everything imaginable for babies and children all on one site, using some very well-known brands and stores.

The overall theme is very bright and eye catching. The home page has a giant scrolling banner advertising the items on sale, the most popular and featured items and a link to the latest money off codes. All the categories are listed along the top, making it very easy to navigate off the home page..

The only fault I could find with the home page was the ‘floating’ search bar. It was large and noticeable, which is desirable, but the actual input bar was ‘floating’ over two of the categories, making it very hard to see which categories they were.

It’s very easy to find what you’re looking for and the items are displayed by relevance to your search. There was a few broken links on some of the items and some incorrect prices (some of the car seats were showing their prices as £0.00). The items are listed with a ‘view item button’ which takes you to the supplier with the cheapest price, there is also the option to compare prices if you think there may be the same item somewhere else cheaper.

With the sites general lay out, thousands of products and lists of very well-known suppliers, I would definitely use this site for future purchases.

I would rate the site as follows:

·Appearance: 8/10 the search bar was really irritating and made it very hard to search the two categories it was covering

·Navigation: 9/10 there was some broken links.

·Products: 10/10 there was everything I could think of when testing out the searches.

·Suppliers: 10/10 there was all the trusted brands and stores.

·Shopabillity: 10/10 I would definitely shop here, and will do in the future.

Overall I would rate mum’s mall 9/10, there are a few minor glitches but, overall, it is a fantastic website, very easy to navigate and very eye pleasing. There are so many ways that you can save with them, even after comparing prices, that it makes them a real bargain to use. They have numerous ways to connect with them to gain further offers via email, facebook and twitter. All the products are displayed clearly and it was very easy to find what I was looking for.

Take a look for yourself & let me know what you think of the idea of mums mall

I think thats a really good idea, having products from different companys on one page/website. I’ve found a few of the links don’t work though :/

And also, it would be a good idea if they were able to tell you whether the item was in stock or not, before going onto the company’s website!
