7 Weeks ago I decided it was time I lost some weight. I am off over to South Africa to visit Family and at a size 14-16 I was not happy being photographed in a bikini. I started dieting on my own but wasn’t doing very well, that’s when I came across an app on my iPhone called “My fitness pall”. On this all you have to do is type in what you eat and it finds the calories that it contains.
It keeps a diary of how many calories you are having daily and it estimates how much weight you’ll lose in 5 weeks.
I have lost 1 stone 1 pound in 5 weeks using this app and am now a size 12, I am hoping it will get me down to my target weight of 9.4stone and a size 10.
