I have been speaking with a friend of mine on Facebook today, I have been following this friend for quite some time now and there are no other words for him, other than amazing.
His website is officially the largest child abuse awareness website in the world . With over 12,000 paedophiles named and shamed to date covering England,Ireland, Eire, Scotland, Wales, Australia and New Zealand.
This man works endlessly to provide as much help and information that he can, not only to help those affected by any of the issues he covers on his site, he helps us protect our children.
How many of us have paedophiles as neighbours, a local person who we pass in the street? How many of these vile creatures have moved to our home town? Would you recognise one? No! They are ordinary, everyday people, Chris names and shames them.
You can search your home town and have the names and faces of these monsters there for you to see.
His website is full of useful information, he covers every aspect imaginable that there is too much for me to list.
I am far from being perfect myself ~ During my life ive been involved in fights in town ~ Been involved with football hooliganism. You may ask “what gives me the right to profile paedophiles ?” ~ Well, to be honest, I have no right. But I feel the hundreds of thousands of abused children in this world deserve a chance to name their abusers. I will continue with my website, until the day comes when the majority of survivors of child abuse ask me to stop ~ Until that day I will actively seek out those who abuse our children.
I hope by sharing my story, victims and survivors can take some strength and believe that we are not alone in our own personal journeys in life. We were the innocent ones that were exploited and abused by the selfish, vile and evil members of our communitys. Child abuse is happening in almost every street in the UK, and whilst the police do make arrests and offenders are sentenced, the convictions are only the tip of the iceburg, and the resulting sentences are inadequate and do not mirror the severity of the crimes. I am not a writer, so I apologize if my grammer is bad.
When I was being abused, I was told to keep it a secret ! Every child who is abused is told that.
Such good secret-keepers we are! Years after my abuse, I was still keeping it inside.
I believe that when we, as survivors, continue to keep the secret of the perpetrator, we are enabling abuse to continue. The evil that they do is not brought to light. It is after much inner strength, that I no longer keep the secret. I am choosing to shout it from the rooftops.
The trauma that I suffered from the abuse AND the secret that I kept for so many years are long lasting to say the least. My web site is dedicated to my inner child.
He is a strong and resourceful little boy, who I will never forget, and has inspired me to help spread child abuse awareness.
Chris is a true inspiration and I am very proud to be able to call him a Facebook friend, this man has gone beyond where not many would dare go. I have only the upmost respect for him and I strongly recommend you take a look for yourself.

Through the campaign thousands of survivors have had the chance to talk with other survivors.

Used as a source by many national and local newspapers.
Since the website went live there has been a 100% increase of the numbers of victims/survivors coming forward in parts of Devon. 50% or more in all other parts of the UK. Reported and confirmed by police and BBC news
Facebook has had approx 100 C.H.R.I.S web links when a convicted paedophile has been reported. The chris-uk.org is used as evidence,before the police give their report.
Over 12,700 convicted paedophiles and perverts now profiled, from England,Australia,New Zealand,Eire,N.Ireland,Wales & Scotland.
Now the C.H.R.I.S campaign is global with active members setting up databases in countries such as Serbia and Croatia under the C.H.R.I.S campaign logo.

personally i would not use his site as nothing on the site says that the info has been checked with the police and verified as 100% acurate, i am personally more in favour of the american’s system where they have a website that shows the up to date address of every convicted peodophile set up and run by official authorities.
I say this because I have seen what false allegations can do. a friend of mine went through 14 months of hell as someone openly accused him of sexually abusing his child. This led to mob mentality in the street against him, his child, his family and friends. The woman who accused him is now in jail for the harrassment etc and my friend cleared by the police/social services etc. Yet my friend has still had to move and change his and his childs name because people still believe the lies.

my daughter was a victim of abuse by my former partner. she had the courage 2 stand up against him and report him, go thro the court procedures,have him convicted, she dicovered that the police protection she had as a minor was no longer in place when he was released and his licence spent. she started our campaign Free From Fear as a result, y should her abuser b allowed to return 2 her home town as if he’s done nothin wrong. is it fair that she should now live in fear and dread that he could b in the queue in our local supermarket, on the same bus, in the same pub on a nite out? y, when she had the courage and the strength 2 stand up should she b made 2 feel a victim again? where’s her (and thousands like her) human rights? we gave chris her abuser’s details so it could b out there 4 any1 2 c cos god 4bid that it happens again!!! Chris’s work is long ova due, and v much needed as he consistently shows us with his postings. altho i have not met him i am v proud 2 say that i am his friend on fb, and will stand tall and proud alongside this strong man xxx

I think that you do amazing work. I have recently found out that someone who was accepted by me and my peers very quickly, and who we all grew fond of, has just recieved a jail sentence for being in posession of a fair few graphic images. I felt sick, as the raid took place before we met him, so the authorities knew what he was and we had no idea. Keep up the good work. x

well done, i think its good for people to be aware of them around them, but i think if i new about someone who lived close id be worried eveyday, but at least id be aware and can take precautions.
